TARC Center provides person-centered services that support skill development, employment readiness, and financial education for adults ages 18 and older, including individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Individualized Skills and Support (ISS)

ISS services help individuals build practical life skills, strengthen social interactions, and increase independence in everyday and community settings.

ISS services may include:

Social and communication skill development
Daily living and personal responsibility skills
Community participation and engagement
Leisure and socialization activities
Routine building that supports independence

Services are instructional and supportive in nature and focus on choice, dignity, and personal growth.

ON-SITE

ISS On-Site Services

ISS On-Site services at TARC Center are provided in a structured, supervised setting designed to support skill development, social interaction, and daily routines. Services focus on helping individuals build independence through guided participation in meaningful activities.

On-site services emphasize consistency, engagement, and skill practice in a supportive environment while respecting individual preferences and goals.

What ISS On-Site Supports
