TARC Center provides person-centered services that support skill development, employment readiness, and financial education for adults ages 18 and older, including individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Individualized Skills and Support (ISS)
ISS services help individuals build practical life skills, strengthen social interactions, and increase independence in everyday and community settings.
ISS services may include:

Routine building that supports independence
Services are instructional and supportive in nature and focus on choice, dignity, and personal growth.
