TARC Center is a community-based service provider offering Individualized Skills and Support (ISS), employment services, financial education, and tutoring supports for adults and students, including individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Services are delivered using a person-centered approach and may be provided on-site or off-site, depending on individual needs and service arrangements.

TARC Center works in coordination with families, case managers, schools, and community partners to support skill development, independence, and meaningful participation in work, school, and community life.
