TARC Center is a community-based service provider offering Individualized Skills and Support (ISS), employment services, financial education, and tutoring supports for adults and students, including individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. ISS services are available to individuals enrolled in HHSC waiver programs, including HCS and TxHmL, who may select their ISS provider of choice.

Services are delivered using a person-centered approach and may be provided on-site or off-site, in accordance with individual service plans and waiver guidelines. TARC Center works in coordination with individuals, families, case managers, school districts, and community partners to support skill development, independence, and meaningful participation in work, school, and community life.
